About Us
There must certainly be a scientific rationale for spirituality, because I believe that wherever there is a cause, a reference to science is essential. In today’s times, when people are rushing after spirituality—practicing meditation, *Trataka*, and goodness knows what else—without understanding the underlying science, their knowledge remains incomplete.
What I have learnt from my journey of the last 11 years is that if we are passively dedicated to any work then we should also know the basis for it, and this foundation comes only through self-practice. There is immense power in our Vedas, Shastras, and Puranas, but have they not been tampered with today?
Maharshi Krishna Dvaipayana (Vedavyasa) committed them to writing. The period of their composition is estimated to be between approximately 1500 BCE and 1000 BCE. There are a total of 18 Mahapuranas (such as the Vishnu, Shiva, Brahma, Markandeya, and Garuda Puranas) and 18 Upapuranas.
These Puranas, Vedas, and Upanishads were created for the welfare of humanity so that people could connect with Dharma, yet they were written in Sanskrit.
How many people today actually know how to read Sanskrit? And while these books are available in every language now, perhaps their essence has been lost somewhere along the way. That is why the essence you can gain from self-practice cannot be found anywhere else.
